Looking for a room in Seattle? We've got one for you! We manage properties in the University District, Wallingford, Green Lake, Wedgwood and anywhere in between. We specialize in affordable, shared housing. We offer flexible lease terms and fast and easy move ins. Our properties are fully furnished, offer fully equipped kitchens, with washers and dryers on site. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished.
Application Process
Our goal is to provide you with your perfect home. We have an easy online application process. Rooms are secured and rented on first come first served basis. Contact us to schedule a tour. Not in town? Not a problem. We can screen and approve out of state tenants, and secure and hold your room with a security deposit.

All of our properties are conveniently located on bus lines and near grocery stores, banks, restaurants and shopping centers. Excellent locations for professionals and university, DIT (Divers Institute of Technology), and college students. We are proud to offer affordable housing within Seattle city limits with high walking, transit and biking scores. Many of our tenants do not own cars and are able to commute anywhere in Seattle right from their home.
